You may have some luck if you post in the Audio Forum (https://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/forum/13), but my best advice is to further your exposure in the community by communicating with other users :)

If you want to get scouted, then you must work for it.

Be patient, be constant, put effort and dedication when it comes to the quality of your submissions (in this case, your songs), and the most important thing, **DON'T** ask for it, because that's actually the best way to **NOT** get scouted, in first place.
